Executive Assistant to General Manager - Transport and Community InfrastructureWhangarei District CouncilWhangarei District Council has an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our Transport and Community Infrastructure Group providing comprehensive executive support to the General Manager.
The ideal candidate will have held a similar role or be able to demonstrate a high level of transferable skills which would support outstanding performance in the role.
Responsibilities include prioritising, co-ordinating and managing commitments for the General Manager and other Leadership Team or departmental managers as required, as well as undertaking group projects and reporting.
You will also be required to co-ordinate agendas for the department and provide meeting and administrative assistance to ensure alignment of meeting schedules, agenda items, priorities and deliverables across the group and wider organisation.
To be successful in being considered for this position candidates will need to demonstrate the following:
