You will provide high level executive support including triaging problems and activities, and acting as a first point of contact on their behalf.
You will proactively plan and coordinate meetings and events, as well as provide general administrative support to the DCE.Ko tau na i tenei turanga - What you'll bring to the role:Our ideal candidate will have strong experience in providing exceptional support at an executive level and will be able to get up to speed quickly.
You will have strong attention to detail and time management.
You will have proven ability to work collaboratively in a team to deliver exceptional support.
Your initiative and strong ability to build relationships across the organisation will be essential.To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will have:Prior experience as an executive assistant to executive leadership within a large complex organisationDemonstrated ability to triage work requests and approvals, to support the executive with prioritisation of activitiesManage competing priorities, specifically within calendar management and preparing meeting documentationExcellent relationship management and communication skills within a large, complex environmentThe ability to demonstrate initiative and a positive approach to problem solvingStrong IT literacy and knowledge of the Microsoft SuiteA passion for being part of a team focused on delivering a safe, positive and inclusive environment for all Fire and Emergency personnelHe aha nga painga o tenei mahi mou?
