We manage all gymnastics codes, from grassroots programmes to elite athletes competing on the world stage.About the JobAs the Executive Assistant & Office Manager, you'll work closely with the Chief Executive (CE) and Board, managing schedules, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings to maximise efficiency. You'll also oversee office operations, ensuring smooth processes and providing a supportive environment for our team.Core Job TasksProvide executive support, including diary management, correspondence, and meeting coordination.Manage logistics for Board and team meetings, ensuring professional preparation and follow-up.Oversee office management tasks, from travel arrangements to maintaining supplies and facilities.What You Need to Be SuccessfulProven administrative experience, with a tertiary qualification in business or equivalent experience preferred.High-level organisational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing competing priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a proactive, team-focused approach.Join us in enabling positive gymnastics experiences for everyone.
