Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant Manager, with the operational hands-on approach, a drive for achieving high level of quality guest service within and a strong leader of the people! This rare opportunity is intended for a leader who can be developed into a General Manager in the next 1-2 years!
Leadership & support over the operational departments of Food and Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping and Engineering.
Assist the General Manager with strategic planning, projects and reporting. Working to ensure the financial success of the hotel & always looking to drive the business forward any opportunity.
Leading, developing and inspiring the team to create exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications
Previous 5+ years experience in Hotel Operational Leadership roles.
The ability to work in a fast-paced, full occupancy Hotel, across multiple departments.
The passion for the people of the Industry, leading, developing and creating opportunities for others.
