About you:
We are seeking a career-focused Executive Assistant / Legal Support candidate to join our team who will share our values. You will be the ideal candidate if you are energetic, positive, friendly, well-organised and self-motivated. You will be a team player and enjoy working alongside others. You will gain personal satisfaction from assisting others and completing work to a high standard.
Ideally you will have had experience in a similar type of role. You will display attention to detail and be comfortable asking questions and seeking assistance when required.
If you are our successful applicant, you will be working closely with a Director and also with the Administration Manager. You would be part of a friendly, productive, dedicated and hardworking team with a large and valued client base.

About the position:
This will be a busy, full-time permanent position, which will require the successful applicant to possess strong organisational and prioritisation skills along with the ability to balance the demands of each Director. Excellent interpersonal communication skills will be required along with the ability to build good working relationships with other team members.
The successful applicant will also be able to keep calm under pressure.
You will have dealings with our valued clients, and as such, we are seeking someone with high personal standards and a good work ethic.
The role includes Executive Assistant support functions and Legal support functions. If you possess these skills, have had some relevant experience and are looking for a challenging, diverse and stimulating position, we would love to hear from you.
This position will involve but not be limited to:
Provide various administrative support functions to the Directors.
Assist with workloads and scheduling of client interactions.
Assist with the preparation of legal documentation.
Motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude.
Will provide outstanding client service with the ability to consistently deliver.
Professionalism and integrity with attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to develop strong relationships with clients and the team.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
Readiness to learn how to use legal software and products following set process.
