Executive Assistant

Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Executive Assistant to join their team on a full-time, 9-month fixed term basis, covering parental leave. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills who is looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive executive administration support to the General Managers, including prioritizing, coordinating, and managing their portfolio commitments. Undertake group projects involving research, investigation, and evaluation/analysis of data. Prepare reports, manage purchase orders, and manage other administrative duties as required. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: 3-5 years of experience as a personal assistant supporting senior executives. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate. Proficiency in a variety of software applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite. Expertise in diary management and scheduling. A high degree of discretion and confidentiality. Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work consistently. Highly effective organisational skills and the ability to act on your own initiative. Flexibility to manage fluctuating demands. Professional written and verbal communication skills.
