The Role: We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who can provide exceptional support to a busy Chief Executive.
The role will also provide support to the Senior Leadership Team of THINK Hauora.
The successful candidate will have a high level of business understanding and self-awareness ensuring our CE can provide effective leadership and vision to the organisation.
Key Responsibilities: Performing a wide range of administrative, executive support, and project-related tasks.Assisting the Chief Executive with diary management, correspondence, and preparing documentation.Supporting the organisation to achieve its Strategy and Work Programmes.Leading specific organisational projects.Managing and planning events.To Be Successful You Will Have: Executive Assistant experience – you will thrive supporting our CE and Senior Leaders.Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities while remaining calm and composed.Exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of developing and maintaining effective relationships.Ability to work autonomously with independence using your initiative.Great intuition, agility, and self-awareness.Knowledge and understanding of Te Tiriti O Waitangi.What We Offer: At THINK Hauora, you will work alongside a diverse team of professionals who are passionate about delivering primary health care to our region and making a positive impact on our communities.
