We love this place, and you will too.Mo tenei turanga mahi | About this roleAs an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing professional and efficient support to a key member of our Executive Leadership Team.
This includes managing a wide range of administrative responsibilities such as diary and correspondence management, document preparation, and coordination of meetings and travel.
You'll also engage with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring that operations run smoothly and that the Executive Leadership Team member is well-prepared to meet organisational and community objectives.Your proactive approach, organisational expertise, and attention to detail will help shape the day-to-day success of the executive and their team.Ko wai koe | About youYou'll be joining a team that envisions being better together.
