Our products are proudly shared with the world, and our vision is to leave it in a better place for future generations.Role PurposeWe are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide proactive executive support to our Chief Executive Officer and Leadership Team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations within our executive functions, including board liaison and leadership team coordination, project management for key events and strategic initiatives, and reporting.This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday with the flexibility to work from home a few times a week. Given the nature of this role, you will be required to come to site a few times a week (typically to coordinate with the on-site days of the CEO) so we ask that you live within a commutable distance to our offices in Paengaroa.Key ResponsibilitiesAnticipate and manage the day-to-day activities of the CEO, ensuring proactive support across appointments, meetings, and communications.Provide full secretarial services to the CEO as well as administrative support to the Leadership Team, including travel arrangements and expense reporting.Serve as a liaison to the Board of Directors, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and managing governance documentation.Lead and coordinate special projects, events, and strategic meetings, ensuring effective planning, logistics, and execution.Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships on behalf of the CEO's office.What You'll BringPrevious experience in a similar role, where you have provided executive support to senior leadership. Experience with NZX-listed or multinational organizations is advantageous.Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with strong digital literacy and adaptability to pick up multiple systems and platforms quickly.Experience with diary management, meeting coordination, and scheduling of travel/accommodation requirements.First-class communication skills, with the ability to manage confidential information discreetly and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders including board members.A proactive, solution-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic and busy environment and can handle multiple priorities with ease and finesse.Why Join Comvita?Guided by our purpose, our people are proud to work here, drawn by our humble beginnings, and passion for natural health and wellbeing.
