With competing demands, tight deadlines, and a constantly evolving work environment, you'll need to stay a step ahead while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.Location: This position will be based in Mount Maunganui.What Will I be doing?Providing PA and administrative support for the Senior Leadership Team including managing appointments, schedules and organising meetings.Organising company and cross company travel arrangements.Project coordination activities, including planning, scheduling and reporting to support the partnership leads.Researching and preparing documents & reports for meetings and presentations.Assisting with recruitment administration and coordination.Developing & implementing office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.Providing office policy orientation and training to new employees/contractors.Managing office supplies, equipment & contract relationships, ensuring compliance with current work health and safety regulations.Planning, scheduling and managing team and cross-team events and activities.What do I need?Proven experience as an executive assistant or a similar administrative role.Project management/coordination experience is desirable.Excellent organisational & time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.Excellent & engaging verbal and written communication skills.Ability to easily build rapport & establish common ground with others.Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google or Microsoft Office technologies (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.Ability to accurately create clear & concise reports/data dashboards, presenting information in a way that is easy to understand and actionable.Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Eagerness to proactively learn new skills, technologies & industries.Why The Conqueror?We are a global and diverse team - our design, development and operations team is based in our Mount Maunganui office (3 minute walk from the beach) while our marketing team is in Romania, support team in Nicaragua and social media moderators in Singapore and the Philippines.You will actively contribute to a product that is helping people across the world live healthier and happier lives.We have a flexible working policy including part-time and/or work from home options.
