PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support) Full time The Role This role sits within a dynamic and successful team and they are seeking a key individual to coordinate and manage multiple tasks.
As an Executive Assistant, your contributions will be highly valued, placing you at the core of the team to ensure efficient processes and workflows for optimal outcomes.
We seek someone who is exceptionally organised, proactive, and takes initiative to think ahead and be able to anticipate upcoming tasks.
You will become the essential link between all parties, effectively managing and maintaining information, data, and documentation to support the team's objectives.
Your clear and effective communication skills will be crucial in fostering seamless collaboration and achieving success together.
Key Responsibilities: Preparing agreements and relevant contract documentation Booking and assisting in managing property photoshoots (training provided) Maintain, edit and create bookings for website listings Creating and maintaining flyer leaflets and booklets Adhoc tasks working with and supporting the marketing team Prepare all documentation for the closing of sale campaigns Prepare material for presentation slides, order of sales and booking of venue Database management Ongoing client liaison and communications Sales support functions; prepare sales sheets, reports, updates on different platforms Intermediate level use; CRM – Surga, Indesign, Jotforms, Microsoft Office Suite Benefits This exceptional position presents a unique chance for a dedicated individual to make a substantial impact.
