About the Role: You will provide high-level administrative support and co-ordination to the CE and the Chair of the Board, requiring exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the CE, including complex diary management, manuhiri management, internal and external communications, and coordinating any required catering/hospitality services and travel arrangements.
About You: You are a credible and effective relationship builder and are comfortable working with a diverse stakeholder group. You are comfortable working with senior leaders and take a proactive approach in managing effective and efficient day-to-day operations for the CE. You are self-aware, have great intuition, excellent communication skills, and are meticulous in all that you do. You have experience working in a similar role and can hit the ground running.
