Our Executive Assistant is part of an interdisciplinary team of changemakers who provide excellent administrative services across our strategic management level.About the role: You can make quick work of any organisational challenge, demonstrate finesse and diplomacy with the most challenging of personalities, and navigate ambiguity with ease and a sense of humour.Discretion is your middle name.
You are known as a loyal and committed team member who can connect the detail on the ground to bigger picture thinking, and like us, you're driven by a strong sense of service to others.
Experience as Board of Governance Secretariat is essential.You will communicate respectfully and effectively across a range of key stakeholders and understand the organisational value of 'service', particularly in Pacific cultural contexts.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced work environment, possess a can-do attitude, be purpose-driven, have a hunger to learn, and be empathetic to others.
