About the Role
As the Executive Assistant to the General Counsel & EGM External Relations, you'll provide high-level support and coordination to ensure the EGM's office is running smoothly and efficiently. Your work will involve complex diary and inbox management, proactive planning of travel, preparation and coordination of reporting and documentation, and logistical and administrative support for the regular IAG NZ Board rhythms.
IAG NZ supports flexible working. This is a fulltime role based in Auckland with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.

About You
We'd love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
5+ years previous Executive Assistant experience in a large corporation.
Strong word processing, presentation and spreadsheet skills as well as advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience supporting a General Counsel will be advantageous.
Flexible in work approach to effectively manage shifting workloads.
