Executive Assistant - Fixed Term (Parental Leave Cover)tlc4u2 provides homecare services to clients throughout Northland, Auckland and the Waikato areas. Identifying appropriate levels of care, offering realistic choices, maintaining, or enhancing lifestyles and promoting independence are some of our prime objectives.The Role:Key to this role is to provide high level pro-active executive assistant support to two senior managers, enabling them to undertake their role effectively and efficiently. This role will also assist with general and specific support duties to the wider team. The ability to multi-task is crucial, as is the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.Excellent computer skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office programs is essential and experience in the medical or healthcare environment is desirable.
