PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support)Full timeWe are looking for a passionate Executive Assistant to join us at Auckland Airport to support the Chief Finance Officer and Chief Strategic Planning Officer who sit within our Executive Leadership Team.Your key responsibilities are:Comprehensive diary management for the Chiefs, utilising strong gatekeeping skills and applying judgement to balance conflicting priorities within a fast-paced environmentFacilitate communication and be a conduit for information across business units and the teamManage documentation presentation, delivering to a high and professional standard that adheres to Auckland Airport guidelines, standards, and normsManagement of the day-to-day activities to ensure objectives and deadlines are met consistently, efficiently and within required timeframes, including minimal ad-hoc support of wider teams where requiredWhat you will bring to the role3 to 5 years' experience in an EA role within a complex organisation, supporting governance processes and assisting in the preparation of board papersTo be an excellent relationship builder with a persuasive communication style, you will be quick to build trust and confidenceTo be action orientated, focused on making an impact by achieving targets, and completing tasks and projects both as an individual and as a team memberSound planning, organisation, prioritisation and administration skillsComputer literacy and knowledge with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and MS TeamsCommercially astute with the ability to influence through a 'shared interests' lens, generating cut-through to achieve strong positive outcomeAbout usAuckland Airport has always been a place of journeys.
