Exceptional Hospitality Job Offer, Wanaka, New Zealand.
We have a great opportunity for two chefs at an established and successful Wanaka restaurant with exceptional remuneration and bonuses.
We are a high end lake front restaurant based in the centre of Wanaka providing our guests with premium local produce and beverages alongside our excellent service and relaxed atmosphere We have an opening for an Exec Sous Chef and Sous Chef Chef roles and requirements.
At least 5 years kitchen experienceAbility to be able to cook and run the line under pressure producing high quality foodExceptional Grill Chef capabilitiesHave experience in cooking a variety of meatExcellent kitchen management skillsExcellent staff management skillsAble to efficiently maintain stock controlAble to follow all Food Hygiene regulations This is a hands on role where the following aspects of the job will apply Cooking the line during servicePrepping of all menu itemsMaintaining Food Hygiene recordsOrdering of productsKitchen cleaning requirementsWeekly management and stocktake reports Commitment and performance bonus apply at 3 month intervals Hours range from 36 - 42  hours per week over 6 days Wages range from $30 - $33  per hour We will be able to offer sponsorship for this role but will not be looking to hire anyone outside the country.
