We've got big goals and we're ready to achieve themThis is where come in!We are looking for a dynamic and creative Content Marketing Manager to create, plan, and review content at all stages of our end-to-end customer journey. This job is about telling the story of our brand with personality, heart and smarts that connects with our customers, aligning what they seek and what the brand stands for, all while keeping a pulse on performance metrics. And being a software company, we are looking for someone who can translate "tech talk" intoeveryday language and champion the customer any chance you get.With a keen eye for quality and a strategic mindset, the Content Marketing Manager blends creativity with analytical skills to drive inbound demand that enhance visibility, foster community, and supports the overall marketing efforts. Your hands-on copywriting experience and ideation skills, paired with a strong, engaging tone of voice, will help us stay fresh and front-of-mind for our customers.Responsibilites Copywriting and creative conceptingCraft messaging that communicates complex tech concepts easily and aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.Work with the Brand Marketing Lead to ideate GTM campaigns and execute innovative concepts to live across owned channels that will drive brand awareness and engagement.You'll have a passion for creative storytelling and willingness to bring fresh ideas to the tableContent strategy and planningDevelop and implement a content strategy aligned with Timely's value proposition, customer needs and business goals.Conduct customer research and identify content gaps.Develop and schedule a content calendar with content tailed to various channels that drives brand loyalty.Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform content strategy.Content creation and managementDevelop compelling and persuasive content for various marketing channels and campaigns including digital, video, print, social media, blogs and email marketing.Oversee the content creation process from concept through to execution – whether it's done in-house or outsourced and ensuring thatit's on time and meets the standards of quality, consistency, and accuracy.Content performance and analysisMonitoring and setting digital metrics to assess content performance and make data-driven decisionsEdit, proofread, and optimize the content for SEO, readability, customer engagement and driving conversionsWork with our Marketing Automation Specialist, Revenue Operations and our Digital Marketing Manager to monitor content traffic,engagement, leads and conversions after content is published.Take a test and learn approach, with the ability to first define goals then experiment, fine tune and iterate toward success.Collaboration and communicationWork closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, digital and product teams to align content efforts with overall business objectives.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure content meets their needs and expectations.Provide creative direction and feedback to team members to maintain high standards of content quality.Skills and experience needed to be successful:3+ years experience with digital content design, creative writing, communications and / or related creative fields.Skilled communicator, who designs content to meet customer needs and makes complex language and processes easy to understand. You put customers first and can manage competing priorities between customer and business needs.Have a creative mind with enthusiasm for coming up with innovative ideas, crafting copy and producing contentFamiliar with a range of different content formats. Instead of saying "how shall I write this?", you ask "what content will best suit this need?" The answer might be words, but it might also be other things: images, diagrams, videos, calculators, templates, playbooks, and many more formats.Adept with SEO, information architecture, metadata and content governance.Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and the ability to apply it to a variety of business situations.Proficient with user testing, customer journey / experience maps, storyboards, personas and prototypes.Comfortable using evidence, data and research to make content decisions. You'll have good analytical abilities and are able to spot patterns and trends in content performance data.Able to remain calm under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work cross-functionally with diplomacy and effective communication. You're used to working with stakeholders across a complex organisation to make smart decisions about content.Familiarity with other creative platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, HotJar, analytic platforms or CMS systems like Wordpress will be a plus.Have a passion for the beauty industry, so you can intuitively deliver messaging to the customer that speaks to their lived experiences working in the industry.Why join us?At EverCommerce, we lead with inclusion and use our values to inform our decisions.
