What We Need....
Our expectation is consistency and reliability throughout the year.
You will know with plenty of time when you are needed with the ability to take dates that suit and leave dates that don't. Someone who is willing to stay until the job is done, Events can be unpredictable. We try our best to get timing as close as we can but things can always change. Confidence! people look to us to know what is going on and what needs to be done. We are here to take the stress away from our clients so decisions need to be made on the fly.
What We Want....

Ideally previous experience within the events industry would be great and attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Excellent communication skills and experience working in a team is key. We deal with vendors all the time and this is a huge part of making each event work to plan. Enthusiasm and initiative because there will be set ups you will be doing unsupervised. A love of the busy fast-paced nature of events and excellent people skills. And physically fit and able to do full days if required. 
What You Will Be Doing...

Meet and greet our clients and guests. Be friendly and approachable. Pack and unpack event items needed Table set ups Venue set ups and installations Clean up at the end of the event. Follow directions both verbal and correspondence. Bar service
All other training will be on the job.
Hours can be flexible but weekend work is a must.
