Reporting to the Director of Sales & Planning, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals in coordinating and executing events and assisting with the service of all NZICC clients in the event planning process. With strong experience in a leadership role in similar environment, you will have full accountability for client experiences, commercial success and people development.
This is a senior role within the Sales and Planning team so the ability to create a positive and flexible environment of excellence is essential. You will have the privilege of building a new team in a new venue and establishing the organisational culture.
