Seriously good food.Qualifications & experienceExperience planning & managing catering services for medium to large events (Plated Gala Dinners, Conferences, Weddings, Concerts, Retail Bars etc.
)Exceptional communication skills - verbal & writtenExcellent computer skills, working with Microsoft Office & event management softwareValid Duty Manager CertificateExperience managing bars at events (Consumption, retail, packages)Work hard, play hard - you will have a positive personality & can-do attitudeTasks & responsibilitiesEvent Management - Manage the set-up & delivery of events as per client expectations & oversight of the Operations Manager on behalf of Collective HospitalityTeam Management - Manage & supervise FOH staff to deliver on client & customer expectations, on time, on budget & within scope.Liaising with Stakeholders - Ops Admin, Culinary team, Sales team, Client, Suppliers, Facilities etc.Promote Excellence - Embrace the Collective Brand standards & values in all facets of our venues, service & client deliveryHealth & Safety - Adhere to all Collective Health & Safety procedures; comply with individual site safety standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
