Event Coordinator – Junior Macquarie Park, Sydney NSW Full Time $70,000 + Super Join a vibrant team of creative professionals who design and deliver custom exhibition stands, brand environments, and corporate events for some of the largest global brands. This role is best suited for someone with creative flair, high attention to detail with admin and support tasks, and a love for working closely with clients and internal teams. Your duties will include: Assisting the account management and production teams with the planning and coordination of exhibitions Sourcing and ordering catering and show service ordering Sales Support - editing proposals and presentations and quote type-ups provided Working closely with clients, ensuring their requirements are being noted and executed professionally through a variety of tasks General office duties (20% of role) Basic marketing support - update marketing collateral on website and social media About you: Hungry and driven to succeed in the Exhibition and Events industry Creative, hardworking, and able to use initiative to take on multiple duties and deliver Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite - illustrator and Photoshop exposure is desired (basic knowledge and experience only) Able to work in a corporate setting and understand the level of professionalism for high-end clients What are the Perks?
