This role is best suited for someone with creative flair, high attention to detail with admin and support tasks, and a love for working closely with clients and internal teams.
Your duties will include:
Assisting the account management and production teams with the planning and coordination of exhibitions
Sourcing and ordering catering and show service ordering
Sales Support - editing proposals and presentations and quote type-ups provided
Working closely with clients, ensuring their requirements are being noted and executed professionally through a variety of tasks
General office duties (20% of role)
Basic marketing support - update marketing collateral on website and social media
About you:
Hungry and driven to succeed in the Exhibition and Events industry
Creative, hardworking, and able to use initiative to take on multiple duties and deliver
Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite - illustrator and Photoshop exposure is desired (basic knowledge and experience only)
Able to work in a corporate setting and understand the level of professionalism for high-end clients
