This job is required to perform:
1.Event Planning and Management:
Develop and implement event strategies and plans to meet company goals and objectives.
Oversee all aspects of event coordination, including budgeting, venue selection, logistics, and vendor management.
Create detailed project plans for each event, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Ensure events are executed smoothly and evaluate their success through feedback and metrics.
2. Brand Management:
Work closely with marketing teams to design, implement, and manage branding strategies that align with the company's vision and target markets.
Lead the development of creative branding campaigns, including print, online, and social media promotions.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and promotional materials.
Manage brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to enhance visibility and market presence
3.Stakeholder Engagement:
Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as senior management, sales teams, and marketing departments, to understand objectives and develop event and branding strategies accordingly.
Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, sponsors, and partners to secure support and enhance event outcomes.
Handle on-site event coordination and act as the primary point of contact for event-related inquiries.
4.Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.
Analyze event outcomes and brand performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
5. Budget Management:
Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event management, branding, or marketing.
· Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in event management software and tools.
