Nga ahuatanga kei a matou | The Benefits The Role | Mo tenei turanga mahi Join the Evaluation, Data and Monitoring team at Te Pou, working alongside our sister organisation, Blueprint for Learning. As an evaluator, you will provide evaluative support to project leads and meet wider organisational monitoring and evaluation needs. All of your work will be informed by best practice, drive innovation and help build organisational evaluation and monitoring capacity. Some of the key responsibilities include: Working across Te Pou to identify and meet the organisation's evaluation needs Supporting project leads to identify how proposed workforce development activities are linked to expected project outcomes Identifying and including relevant monitoring measures in evaluation plans Developing and promoting best and promising practices and innovation through evaluation, research and analysis in mental health, addiction and disability services. This is a fixed term role to end of June 2025. You'll work 40 hours per week, working flexibly Monday to Friday. The role can be based in either Ellerslie, Auckland or Te Aro, Wellington. Most importantly, you enjoy learning and are open to new perspectives and ideas. Ideally, you will also have: a minimum of 2 years' experience working in mental health, addiction, disability, community development or social services relevant tertiary qualification - minimum Master's in health or social science field, or equivalent experience experience in leading evaluation projects qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills including designing, planning and running appropriate statistical analyses an interest or experience in cost-benefit or social return on investment (SROI) analyses ability to learn new software and integrate them into your work Applications close | Ra Katinga: 1 November 2024.
