We're looking for a skilled individual to lead our estimating, sales, and business development efforts, ensuring seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction. You may even have quantity surveying experience.What You'll Do:Sales & Estimating: Prepare accurate quotes, tenders, and project proposals while identifying customer needs and crafting compelling value propositions.Business Development: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders like head contractors, architects, and government bodies. Identify new opportunities and position our client as a leader in perimeter security solutions.Operations Coordination: Oversee project execution, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and high customer satisfaction. Manage costs, variations, and scheduling for seamless delivery.Customer Focus: Maintain and enhance customer relationships through clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.Your Impact:Drive sales and margins to meet targets.Expand customer base and strengthen partnerships.Position the business as the go-to provider for high-security, large-scale projects.Deliver operational excellence and ensure projects align with customer needs and company capabilities.What We're Looking For:Experience: 5+ years in sales, estimating, and business development in the construction industry.Skills: Strong mathematical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
