With our commitment to innovation and expansion, your role will continue to evolve, allowing you to grow with us.Key Responsibilities: Damage Assessment: Conduct thorough inspections and identify all necessary repairs for vehicles and fleet units.Estimating: Develop comprehensive, accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software, adhering to pricing guidelines and ensuring top-tier quality.Fleet Coordination: Oversee repair schedules, provide bulk estimates, and maintain seamless communication with fleet managers.Insurance Liaison: Manage all aspects of insurance claims, from initial communication to dispute resolution, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.Customer Interaction: Offer clear, professional estimates, addressing any client concerns and keeping them informed throughout the repair process.Process Coordination: Work closely with our workshop team to manage parts inventory and ensure timely, efficient repairs.Quality Assurance: Inspect completed repairs to guarantee they meet our rigorous quality standards and maintain comprehensive records for compliance.Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in vehicle damage estimation and automotive repair.Extensive knowledge of panel beating, painting, and fleet bodywork.Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, iBodyshop, and Partstrader.Relevant certifications are a plus.Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and efficiency.Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Customer-focused with a dedication to delivering the highest quality service.Why Relocate to Gisborne, New Zealand?
