This role is part-time to start with 20-25 hours per week, although this can be negotiated.
Our client, based in Mt Wellington, is on the lookout for a new addition to their professional team.
Responsibilities: Qualified and experienced Estimator: Experienced with tendering/pricing and bids (commercial project experience preferred), reviewing take-offs from our suppliers and ensuring nothing has been missed/all is correct.
Sub Contractor Management: Developing relationships with sub contractors to achieve the best pricing and quality for our projects. Organising quotes/tenders from sub contractors for projects we're tendering for.
Project Management: Liaising with sub contractors to ensure all is on track, organising start dates for sub contractors to start on-site, managing building programme and close out of plans.
Assist: The Managing Director with other construction relevant duties when required.
Candidates with experience working with Builda Price software would be beneficial.
