The Role
Working within a team and reporting to the Estimating Manager, the role largely involves preparing tenders/full estimate on multi-unit medium-high density developments, including civils & earthworks
Key background below: 6 + years of residential estimating experience within density residential, knowledge of walk-ups/apartments in addition to terraced housing preferred. Tertiary qualified with a Diploma/Bachelors degree in CM/QSing Top communication, negotiation and relationship building skills Strong financial nous, excellent pricing systems skills, high attention to detail Strong understanding and knowledge of various Building Estimating and Management Software The Company
