They are large players in the market, especially in Auckland, and have contracts with Kainga Ora and private developers. They also work with clients in Design and Build, providing better opportunities to price.
The Role
Working within a team and reporting to the Estimating Manager, the role largely involves preparing tenders/full estimates on multi-unit medium-high density developments, including civils & earthworks.
