Purpose: The Estimating Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely management of incoming and outgoing Estimates. They must maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting customer needs promptly. Additionally, they are expected to contribute to a positive working environment and provide support for office and sales tasks as required. Key Responsibilities: Quoting: Manage both incoming and outgoing Estimates efficiently. Maintain comprehensive records of past and current Estimates. Keep Account Managers and/or customers informed about the progress of Estimates. Provide accurate Estimates in accordance with Company Procedures. Address queries from Account Managers/customers promptly and professionally. Relationship Management / Customer Service: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. Promote Company products and services while understanding and addressing customer needs. Ensure exceptional service delivery by promptly resolving issues and inquiries. Foster ongoing relationships to support business growth and development. Professional Development: Willingly undertake required training to meet position requirements. Actively seek opportunities for knowledge expansion and skill development. Maintain effective working relationships to achieve optimal business outcomes.
