As one of our dynamic Counter Managers, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing our high-performing team of Beauty Advisors to continually exceed all client expectations and achieve all sales targets. This involves managing the counter while developing the talent and capabilities of your team to achieve optimal performance. Your application will not be completed until this has been completed. Qualifications ABOUT YOU: Skincare, beauty therapy or makeup artistry experience would be highly advantageous, but not essential. We believe with the right fundamental skills, confidence and commitment to learn, our internal training and development offerings can enhance your existing skills to our desired level. Previous counter management experience or experience working in a retail or customer service environment at a supervisory level - preferably in beauty or fashion A passion for leadership and team development.
