Position Summary:
Exceptional customer service is our top priority whilst working in a fast-paced Airport environment. As a Beauty Advisor, you will represent the Estee Lauder brand to consumers, helping them look and feel their best through informative and engaging experiences. Your responsibilities include providing 5-star customer service, achieving retail sales targets, self-development, store maintenance, feedback on operations, and assisting with administrative and online tasks.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Sales/Goal-driven environment is desirable
Experience in a beauty retail store is advantageous
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and time management skills
Flexibility to work a rotating roster covering airport training hours, including early mornings at 4:30 am and late nights until 12 pm
