About the role: As Estates Team Administrator, you will act as the first point of contact & system administrator for the CAFM system and helpdesk, ensuring jobs are allocated to the correct service queue and monitoring job completion. Your role will also include: Monitoring the Estates contracts and licenses to ensure they are accurate and up to date. Administration of the compliance register. Prepare and submit requisitions via the college purchasing system. Assist with soft services including cleaning, pest contract and other external contractors. Order and issue stock materials. Manage staff and student car parking register. To fulfil the role of Estates Team Administrator you will have: Level 3 qualification or above or substantial proven relevant work experience. Excellent attention to detail. Level 2 English & Maths or equivalent. Evidence of good organisational and administrative skills. Ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy under pressure and working to deadlines. Strong IT skills across a variety of systems. First class communication skills.
