Essay Tutor

We are looking for a tutor to work with our daughter, who is currently studying at the tertiary level, on developing her essay writing skills.
The ideal candidate will be patient, knowledgeable, and capable of explaining complex writing concepts in a simple and accessible way.
You will work closely with her to enhance her understanding of advanced essay structure, academic writing standards, and critical thinking, helping her become a confident and proficient writer.
Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions focused on essay writing at the tertiary level Assist with understanding and applying advanced essay structures, including introductions, thesis statements, body paragraphs, and conclusions Help improve grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure suitable for academic writing Offer constructive feedback on written work and guide revisions Encourage and develop critical thinking and analytical skills Tailor sessions to meet the student's individual learning style and needs If you are interested in this position, please send a brief cover letter outlining your experience, and your education/work experience in this area.
