ESOL Teacher ESOL teacher (part-time) – Mairangi Bay School Mairangi Bay School is seeking a dedicated and motivated teacher to lead our ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) programme. This is a part-time position for three days a week, where you will work in a collaborative and supportive school environment. Key responsibilities: Lead and run the school's ESOL programme. Support students in acquiring English language skills. Liaise with parents and caregivers to ensure strong communication and partnership. Assist with ESOL funding processes and documentation. Upskill classroom teachers to effectively support English language learners in their classrooms. We are looking for someone who: Is committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment. Has experience working with ESOL learners and has a deep understanding of language acquisition. Can effectively communicate and collaborate with staff, students, and families. Is willing to contribute to the ongoing professional development of staff. There is also potential for extra days to cover CRT.
