As the Talent & Culture ERP/ HRIS Business Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our journey to implement Microsoft D365, specifically tailored for Talent and Culture. Your work will directly support the design and deployment of HCM and ATS solutions that will integrate with D365, ensuring our team operates at peak efficiency.
In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with business workstream leads and our implementation partners to analyze, document, and design processes that align with industry best practices. You'll drive change management efforts, ensuring that every step of the way, our solutions meet business outcomes. Your expertise will be key in shaping the future of our Talent & Culture operations.
This is a 10 - 12 month fixed term opportunity. What You'll Do: Conduct thorough analysis, documentation, and change activities to support the ERP project timeline. Lead interviews and workshops to gather and refine business requirements from HR and other stakeholders. Analyze current HR processes and systems to uncover gaps and opportunities for improvement. Build shared understanding of Talent & Culture workflows, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Design and recommend alternative solutions to enhance business processes. Collaborate closely with the Head of People Operations and ERP leads to guide decision-making on process design, data migration, and testing activities. Identify and escalate risks to ensure project success. What You'll Bring: Proven experience in optimizing systems or implementing HRIS/HCM technologies. Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Microsoft 365 Productivity tools is a plus. Strong understanding of end-to-end HR technology, processes, and workflows. Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, Hybrid) and Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban. Ability to translate business requirements into clear user stories, flow diagrams, and UI behaviors. Experience in documenting future state processes to design, test, and train ERP solutions. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences. A collaborative mindset with a talent for building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
