As a secondment from your permanent substantive role, this is expected to be for a fixed term of up to 6 months.
This is to cover a secondment for the incumbent.
The period of appointment is from early February 2025 to August 2025.The Manager, Learner Engagement and Success Services is part of the Learning Delivery Leadership Team and is responsible for ensuring that all Open Polytechnic learners have a learning experience where their engagement and educational success is underpinned by access to a range of services that match their needs.
Effective services that meet learners' expectations will be characterised by technology-enabled, analytics-based personalisation that allows the learner to interact with their learning in ways that are: convenient, relevant, connected and smart.This role is open to current permanent employees of Te Pukenga only.
