Qualifications for Environmental Services Specialist:
Candidate must have high school diploma.
Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping.
Ability to clean rooms, including making beds, replacing linen, disinfecting surfaces and vacuuming.
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
Responsibilities for Environmental Services Specialist:
Candidate is responsible to clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of public areas , including the lobby and public restrooms.
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
Communicate with guests to address their requests and concerns promptly.
Handle special cleaning projects, such as deep cleaning.
Work effectively with other housekeeping staff and department to ensure seamless service.
