This key role supports improving environmental practices for the operational teams and providing advice about environmental rules.More about the role:Providing advice to the wider organisation and outside entities, on good environmental practiceHelp write, review, and monitor Environmental plans and the Codes of Practice under which the Rivers Section worksAssist with the Rivers Section to develop and update Standards of Operations for work practicesAssist with reviewing, reporting and understanding resource consent conditionsCoordinate and champion Health and Safety information, produce safety plans, ensure systems are followed and carry out works auditsUndertake audits of both Environmental practice and Health and Safety on site worksIdeally, you'll have a degree in natural science or resource management and/or other relevant training or experience.
