Precise LLC is a dynamic and growing construction and restoration company dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to our clients. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team. This role is crucial in helping us reach out to potential customers and generate leads for our sales team.

Job Summary

The candidates selected for the role will be responsible for canvassing designated neighborhoods to promote our products/services and generate leads. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to engage with potential customers effectively. Selected candidates will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving sales growth. This position is also solely commissioned based with uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities

Canvassing: Visit residential areas and knock on doors to introduce our products/services.
Engagement: Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about our offerings.
Lead: Collect contact information and generate leads for the sales team to follow up.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to answer questions and provide accurate information.
Reporting: Track and report daily activities, including the number of doors knocked, leads generated, and customer interactions.
Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from potential customers and relay it to the sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with people.
Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, and confident in interacting with strangers.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and stay motivated to meet targets.
Physical Stamina: Comfortable with walking and standing for extended periods.
Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
Requirement: Must be 18 years old or older.
Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
