We are seeking a talented individual to join our H&B Consulting team at Wellnz , now a part of Marsh . This role will be based in Napier, NZ . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The team specialises in the provision of insurance, assisting with existing policyholders and new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to calculate weekly compensation entitlements for AEP claims.
We will count on you to:
Calculate weekly compensation entitlements for AEP claims, liaising with internal staff, employers, and claimants.
Provide prompt and professional service to clients as required, ensuring strong client relationships.
Deliver prompt and professional service to the Wellnz team, contributing to team member satisfaction.
Maintain technical knowledge required to support the service needs of staff and clients, adhering to the international quality management system ISO 9001.
Foster positive health and safety practices within the team.
What you need to have:
Strong communication skills to engage with people at all levels, with respect for ethnicity and cultural diversity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products to support the administrative requirements of the role.
Ability to manage changing priorities and adapt to changes within those priorities.
A results-oriented mindset, maintaining client focus and a professional attitude.
