Job Description We are looking for a superstar for our Entertainment department, to help our customers with all their Entertainment needs!
For this role, it's important that you enjoy a fast-paced environment with lots of variety, and you aren't afraid of working hard to get things done. You're someone who likes sparking conversations with customers, and ensuring their experience is exceptional.
Ideally you have a special interest in entertainment technology and would like to keep learning in this space!
Hours of work are:
Shift pattern 1: Wednesday & Thursday 4pm - 8pm Shift pattern 2: Friday & Saturday 4pm - 8pm Qualifications Ideally you will have:
Proven experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role Knowledge and passion for all aspects of this department Excellent Communication Skills Positive, can-do attitude Very basic knowledge of technology Not afraid to deal with customers Additional Information We offer benefits like having your birthday day off and a team discount card for use across The Warehouse Group brands.
