Strong security leadership is essential to making these advancements robust and resilient.As the Enterprise Security Architect, reporting to the Director of Cybersecurity, you will ensure our modernisation efforts are secure and future-ready by leading the development and alignment of strategies for Information Security, Electronic Security, Identity & Access Management, and Privacy.What's Exciting About This RoleDrive security maturity, aligning new technology solutions with robust security frameworks.Lead the design and implementation of enterprise security strategies, contributing directly to organisational transformation.Play a role in establishing and shaping a Community of Practice for enterprise architecture.Work alongside passionate teams focused on human-centred design, with the opportunity to influence cross-functional projects.You are confident navigating complex challenges with strong relationship skills and a results-focused mindset. You bring experience and vision, ready to guide our enterprise architecture journey while contributing to the Cybersecurity Leadership team.Minimum RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must have the following skills, please highlight these in your cover letter and CV:Demonstrated experience as an Enterprise Architect, implementing strategies and architecture practices that guide and influence strategic initiatives.Extensive enterprise-level expertise, with knowledge across security domains such as Information Security, Identity & Access Management, and Privacy.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities to advocate for organisational priorities, align conflicting opinions, and gain buy-in for solutions.A broad understanding of technology products, services, and their role in enabling business outcomes.Join Ara Poutama Aotearoa in a role where your expertise will directly shape a modern and secure digital future.
