Our Enrolled Nurse provides appropriate clinical care by assisting the Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, and implementing individual care plans according to accepted nursing practices and standards.You will be responsible for providing and evaluating clinical and personal care to residents (as outlined in their care plan including interventions, treatments, medications, and therapies) under the guidance of the Registered Nurse.You will ensure all instructions and procedures are correctly documented, signed, and dated; and treatment and care plans are maintained and monitored.
