Job Description
Mo te turanga | About the opportunity
At Arvida, our model of care is underpinned by our resident-led approach and Attitude of Living Well.
Our Enrolled Nurse provides appropriate clinical care by assisting the Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, and implementing individual care plans according to accepted nursing practices and standards.
You will be responsible for providing and evaluating clinical and personal care to residents (as outlined in their care plan including interventions, treatments, medications, and therapies) under the guidance of the Registered Nurse.
You will ensure all instructions and procedures are correctly documented, signed, and dated; and treatment and care plans are maintained and monitored.
In the absence of the Clinical Manager or Registered Nurse, you are providing leadership and guidance to other team members in providing timely and appropriate care to residents.
This role is working 9x afternoon shifts (3pm - 11pm) per fortnight, with every second weekend off.
Qualifications

A Current Enrolled Nurse Practicing Certificate.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Empathy towards the elderly, good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Organisational, time management, and problem-solving ability.
Honesty and integrity
Legal right to work in New Zealand
