This exciting opportunity offers experienced Enrolled and Registered Nurses the chance to work closely with paediatric clients who have complex care needs.
Nurses will develop meaningful connections with the same clients over time, supporting them within their family homes and celebrating their progress every step of the way.
This community-based nursing role provides flexible, consistent hours and competitive pay, all while making a positive difference each day.
Positions are available in Bunbury WA and Baldivis WA, with relocation support available to nurses currently residing in New Zealand.
What the Role Involves Nurses will provide tailored care to children with complex needs in their homes, working up to 38 hours per week across a variety of day, night, and weekend shifts.
Required Skills and Experience Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of paediatric nursing experience, including: Caring for children with complex needsManaging seizuresProviding enteral feeding (PEG and PEJ)Administering oxygen therapyPerforming oral and nasal suctioningManaging tracheostomy care and ventilation Mandatory Requirements Current AHPRA registration (or already in process of getting)Working with Children check (WA or QLD) (can be submitted once successful) Current CPR certificationValid driver's license and roadworthy vehicleEligibility to work in Australia (or ready to apply) Benefits of the Role Successful candidates will receive comprehensive, paid induction training and client-specific clinical preparation, including buddy shifts.
