We have an opportunity for a fixed term, part time (12 hours per 6-day cycle, up to 0.5FTTE) English teacher to join our well-resourced English Faculty to cover for maternity leave. Further hours may be available for candidates with additional subjects. This position starts on 28 January 2025 and finishes on 27 January 2026.

In Y9 and 10, we offer students an engaging and diverse IB MYP Language and Literature programme, followed by our own exciting Y11 programme which is designed to prepare students for NCEA Levels 2 and 3, and Scholarship. An ideal candidate will:

build positive relationships with students and colleagues
be motivated to engage in and implement professional learning towards the IB MYP and our own Y11 programme
