English / Social Studies Teacher

Secondary (Years 7–15) / wharekura, Certificated teacher

Subjects: English, Health and Physical Education, Learning Languages, Mathematics and Statistics, Science, Social Sciences, Technology, Te Reo Maori, The Arts.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to fill hours available across both our English and Social Sciences departments. Ideally, this candidate would also have experience in Commerce or Business Studies.
Both of the departments have had recent refurbishments, making them very modern learning spaces.
This role will commence on 28 January 2025.
Motueka High School is situated in the heart of the Tasman District, close to the Abel Tasman and Kahurangi National Parks. Our school is a supportive environment to teach and learn in, with core PB4L values of 'Managing Self, Having Respect and Striving to Learn'.
