English As A Second Language Teacher

We are looking for an amazing dedicated educator to teach our English as a second language students. We are seeking a teacher who has the experience, qualifications and passion to work with students who are new to New Zealand and/or new to learning in English.
The teacher will need to be willing to work in an inclusive way, working alongside students in their rooms, as well as running a withdrawal model as needed. A sound understanding of assessment and the curriculum is essential for planning learning programmes for individuals and groups of students. Flexibility and adaptability are required to prioritize students' needs as necessary. The successful applicant will understand and be willing to fill in the documentation for the Ministry of Education ESOL returns.
We envisage they will work each morning, 9am to 1pm, and over five days this will equate to a 0.8 position.
